Chrysler’s PT Cruiser is a model that you can recognize coming from miles away. This unique body style was unlike anything Chrysler has ever produced, and it appealed to drivers of all types. Meant to encompass classic car styles from back in the 30s, this novel Chrysler won the North American Car of the Year back in 2001. The compact vehicle is surprisingly spacious on the inside, giving all passengers more than enough room to relax and enjoy the ride. They were available in both a two-door and a five-door hatchback style, depending on how much room you needed. Under the hood was a standard 2.4L 4-cylinder engine that produced a perfect 140 horsepower for its size. By the end of its production in 2010, Chrysler had produced well over a million models of the PT Cruiser, and you can still easily spot them on roads today.
