Chrysler 300M was a full-size luxury car that ran between 1999 and 2004. The sedan shared similarities with the second-generation Eagle Vision sports car, which ran from 1993 to 1997. Motor Trend magazine put the 300M on its Car of the Year list in 1999, and Car and Driver magazine gave it a spot on its own Ten Best list in 1999 and 2000.

In 2004, the model joined the Chrysler Platinum Series. It became a sibling to five other vehicles: the Chrysler PT Cruiser, the Chrysler Sebring sedan and coupe, the Chrysler Sebring convertible, and the Chrysler Town & Country minivan. The Chrysler 300 took the car's place from 2005 on.
