Dodge Intrepid Air Filters

• Look for excessive dirt and/or wear on the filters, increased exhaust, and a fuel efficiency drop
• Listen for engine misfires or other strange noises
• Feel for a loss of engine power as well as weak throttle response and acceleration
• Smell for unclean odors in the cabin

Otherwise, be sure to replace your air filters every 12,000 to 15,000 miles, or every 30,000 miles at most. It'll help normalize your fuel economy and emissions levels, and your engine will last longer.
